Pastor Moses and the Church was inspired to open the this community center by this Scripture " She Strecheth out her hands to the poor; she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. " Proverbs 31:21. These few words opened The Market Place Outreach Community Center. This is just one of several things that the Pastor and the church has done to reach out to their hands to one in need.
